The card

On Premium, your clients will be able to keep your card in their own Wallet, in your card's look, with every link a tap away.

Teams and companies
One workspace for every card your company hands out.
Your CRM stays the system of record.
Tapkeep does not replace it. The pipeline will be where your team follows up with the people it meets, and if your company runs on a CRM, each contact a card brings in will be delivered there too.
Enterprise, by agreement.
Company login, automatic user setup, custom roles, security policies, audit history and retention rules. Enterprise starts with a conversation.

A free card carries a small Made with Tapkeep line. If Premium or Pro ends, your cards will stay online.
Premium, Pro and Business will each have a free trial that asks for no payment details. The Business trial is for a company of up to five people, and no trial includes the AI tools.
The ones worth asking.
Can I use Tapkeep today?
Not yet. Tapkeep is not open: you cannot sign up or buy anything today, and there is no launch date to announce. Join the waitlist and we will write to you when it opens.
Will the card really be free?
Yes. Making a card, publishing it and keeping it online will cost nothing, with no trial that ends. A free card carries a small Made with Tapkeep line.
What will it cost?
There will be five plans: Free, Premium, Pro, Business and Enterprise. The prices are not published yet, and they will be before Tapkeep opens.
Will there be NFC cards?
Yes. Tapkeep NFC cards will be available at launch, sold separately from the plans. Tap one to a phone to open your card.
Will the people I meet need an app?
No. Your card will open in the browser of any phone, and a card with a phone number, an email or a website will have a Save to Contacts button. The apps are for you.
Do I need a website?
No. Your card works on its own, at its own address. If you have a website, your card can go on it too, as a widget, on Pro.
Does Tapkeep replace my CRM?
No. Tapkeep keeps the contacts your cards bring in. From Pro up it adds notes and follow-up dates, and if you use a CRM, Tapkeep will deliver each of those contacts to it and send your notes and dates on to the same record. Your CRM stays the system of record. The CRMs will include Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, DealCloud, Attio, Close, Copper and Capsule CRM. More to be announced at launch. None of these companies has approved or listed Tapkeep. Each name belongs to its owner.
Are SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA planned?
Yes. Tapkeep plans to go through independent audits for SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and to offer the data terms and controls GDPR asks for and the safeguards and signed agreement HIPAA asks for.
Can I change my link later?
Yes. Change your link and the old one will keep working: it will lead to the new one, so a QR code you have already printed is not wasted. A card will be able to change its link five times, and nobody else will ever be able to take an address you have used.
Can I put the QR code on printed things?
Yes. Every card will come with its own QR code to download and put on anything you print. The code points at your link, not at the content, so your card can change without reprinting a thing.
